Hi there! Thanks for visiting my blog! I suppose you're here to find out a little bit more about the Introspective Soliloquist? Well, my name is Leigh Thomas (nee Torr) and I am a 4th generation Dairy farmer in the Natal Midlands of South Africa. My husband (Dale) and I moved home to the farm just in 2012, deciding to leave our corporate lifestyles behind and start living the country lifestyle! He is a local doctor in a nearby town and is loving the good old farm lifestyle. It was a big decision for us, but we don't regret it one bit and look forward to raising our children in this new environment. I farm with my parents - we milk just over 400 Friesland cows twice a day, and manage everything "farm" in between! Its a long, physical day, but I wouldn't trade it for anything in the world!
